JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Meet, greet and seat guests in a professional manner
• Excellent personal hygiene standards
• Able to assist and answer any questions regarding the food and beverage menu's.
• Set table according to the type of event and service standard.
• Check with guest to ensure guest satisfaction with food and beverages.
• Partly responsible for cleaning, collecting food and beverage items to the designated area.

REQUIREMENTS:
 

1. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Food and beverage industry. Fine dining restaurant experience would be an advantage.
2. Someone with a customer service orientated mindset who is able to deliver excellent service in a high profile venue. 
3. Great presentation and conversational skills.
4. Passionate about people and able to develop and grow with the team.
5. High level of energy and a good team player. 
6. Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
