Assistant Manager to Manager, CCP Derivative Clearing Services, GMT

Job Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently, tracking queries to resolution using established procedures
• Manage client post trade reporting related to margin calls and other operational needs
• Provide support to clients on the use of post-trade interfaces and platforms for Rates/ FX derivatives
• Conduct regular client service reviews, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to strategic solutions to enhance the client experience
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across various departments (e.g., Operations, Technology, Sales) to address client needs
• Maintain a strong understanding of relevant regulatory requirements (Basel, Mandatory Clearing) and internal controls
• Participate in client visits and calls to build relationships and foster efficiency
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of client service processes and procedures

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3 years of experience in a client-facing/ trade support role within the financial services industry (experience with derivatives is a plus).
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Good time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
