AVP, Business Development Manager (Cross-Border Segment)

Responsibilities:

• Achieve portfolio growth through acquisition of new customers and relationship deepening with existing customers notably in cross-border customer segment
• Identify and partner with product specialists to provide professional wealth management and financial planning service to clients
• Assist branch to increase sales capacity and cost efficiency of branch through respective sales and services activities
• Ensure the selling processes are in compliance with the Bank's policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines 

 Requirements:

• Preferably university graduate or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of practical experience in Personal Banking, preferably with at least 2 years of experience in offering wealth management service to mass affluent customers 
• Passes in HKSI Licensing Examination Papers 1, 7 & 8 or equivalent
• Passes in IIQE Paper 1, 2 & 3
• Relevant Enhanced Competency Framework on Retail Wealth Management (ECF - RWM) qualification is preferable
• Pleasant and outgoing personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
• A team player with good initiatives and assertiveness
• A self-motivator who is keen on upgrading & improving personal knowledge & skills to meet evolving job requirements
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua
