Overnight Senior Cook (Pastry)

Job Duties:

• Prepares all breakfast items for Garden Café, Banquet and Executive Lounge
• Set up breakfast buffet and refill buffet items
• Check the kitchen before service begins and ensures that all ingredients are ready for use.
• Handle and store groceries and perishables 

Requirements:

• Certificate holder of Food and Beverage Operations in VTC or other institutes
• 3 years relevant experience is preferred
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Cook
