Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to project manager
  • Assist in project management & coordination, such as center change and renovation, IT system development and new business setup etc.
  • Assist in any ad-hoc tasks required

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Business or relevant disciplines
  • 2-3 years’ work experience preferably in healthcare industry
  • Able to handle multi-task jobs effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong in project management and problem solving
  • Independent, responsible, self-motivated and detail-minded
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook) and general computer knowledge
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Immediate available is an advantage
