Housekeeping Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Allocating job tasks to the housekeeping staff.
• To ensure that urgent repairs are timely completed, report any defects and damage for repair. Maintain communication with relevant departments.
• Inspect clubhouse facilities to ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and maintenance standards are met.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and oversee their proper usage and storage.
• Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and protocols to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Respond to and resolve any housekeeping-related issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate cleaning schedules and special projects.
• Uphold safety and sanitation standards in accordance with local regulations and clubhouse policies.
• Scheduling shifts and arranging for replacements in cases of absence.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a housekeeping supervisory role, preferably in a hospitality or clubhouse environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals, as well as safety and sanitation standards
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively
