Senior Officer/ Assistant Manager, Settlement Department

Responsibilities:

• Validate and settle treasury products transactions and handle all related documents; 
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and work closely with business for funding arrangement;
• Assist in preparing and validating fund transfer payment instruction via K+TP or Swift Alliance system and ledger input through Bills System;
• Process CCP settlement, and HKTR reporting operation; 
• Perform daily workflow of margin collateral; and proceed AML checking via SAS;
• Assist on day-end payment reconciliation; 
• Provide knowledge transfer, training and coaching; and 
• Ad hoc tasks/projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business related studies;
• 2 - 3 years’ settlement experience in banking industries; 
• Experience on CMU, RTGS and SWIFT system processing; 
• Strong sense on risk & regulatory control; 
• With positive mindset to accept changes in order to achieve effectiveness and efficiency;
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese; and 
• Conversant with MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing; 
• Position offered will be subjected to experience and qualification.
