Senior Finance Manager

The Repulse Bay is seeking for a Senior Finance Manager to oversee all aspects of financial reporting. 

• Involves reviewing financial statements, balance sheet schedules, the general ledger, and other necessary reports
• Good Knowledge in SUN Accounting System and Hyperion is highly preferred

Key accountabilities

• Establish and maintain proper accounting procedures with valid supporting documentation, ensuring they are correctly filed and neatly stored
• Ensure timely payment of all valid supplier invoices as per the agreed schedule
• Adhere to all terms and conditions outlined in the management agreement and associated legal documents
• Assist in the annual budgeting process and ensure accurate calculation and timely payment of taxes, contributions, licenses, interest, and management fees
• Implement necessary controls to protect company assets and maintain accurate fixed asset records
• Conduct ageing analyses of payables, investigate long-outstanding or obsolete amounts, and take appropriate actions to resolve them
• Provide timely and accurate financial reports in accordance with local and HK GAAP accounting standards

General requirements

• University graduate or above in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent disciplines
• A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in finance and accounting
• Qualified Accountant with HKICPA or equivalent is highly preferred
• Highly organised and analytical, problem-solver and team-player
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with all levels and inter-department
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Cantonese with excellent computer skills 
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Finance Manager
