Manager, Performance Management – Personal Banking

Responsibilities

  • Assist in formulation and execution of sales schemes and incentive programmes for sales staff of Personal Banking
  • Participate in business data analysis and generation of periodical management reports for monitoring of the sales performance
  • Liaise with related departments and prepare for sales incentive calculation
  • Provide support to the team and division on regular meeting preparation
  • Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor or above in Business or any related disciplines
  • At least 2 years of relative experience in banking industry
  • Excellent communication, presentation and problem solving skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Familiar with MS Office Applications and Chinese Word Processing
