Monitor the team and take full responsibilities of the Kitchen daily operations
Plan and instruct food production in a timely manner
Maintain highest level of quality and consistency of products
Good knowledge of cost control and achieve the company’s target and goals
Responsible for the preparation and cooking of highest quality of freshness and taste
Possesses the ability of high-level product that is innovate in both taste and appearance, research and development, and the creative ability of researching other people's works
Work closely with management to adjust food menus based on customer feedback and promotions
Ensure the kitchen area with high standard in food quality, safety & cleanliness
Consistently monitor food & beverage and labour costs to remain within budgets and maximize the revenue
Requirement:
Good knowledge in F&B operation, cost control and promotion management
Passionate, determination and commitment for success in F&B industry
Strong business sense and operational, administrative and social skills
At least 4-5 years working experience in Kitchen as Chef or related Food and Beverage industry, and at least 3 years in a managerial/supervisory role in fine-dining restaurants with proven management skills and leadership
Familiar and acknowledge in fine food & beverage culture
Good team player with good communication and supervisory skills
Excellent interpersonal skills, management skills and problem solving skills
Self-organized and detail-oriented with strong sense of responsibility
