Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests upon arrival and departure, providing a warm and professional welcome
  • Assisted in managing daily operations at the concierge desk
  • Oversee the safe handling and transportation of guest luggage, ensuring timely delivery to rooms
  • Provide outstanding service to guests, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Coordinate reservations, transportation, and activities for guests.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of local attractions, events, and services.
  • Handle guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

Job Requirements:

  • At least 3 year of relevant experience in the Concierge Department
  • Tertiary education in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
  • Able to work independently and handle shift duties
  • Good command of spoken Cantonese, English and Putonghua
  • Capacity to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
