VP, ECM

Job Descriptions:

The candidate will work alongside the existing team in Singapore and has the opportunity to collaborate across different business units in China and HK. The job duties associated with this role include but not limited to:

• Execution of private fundraising, IPO and and follow-on offering in Singapore/ HK/ US stock exchanges
• Develop and manage working level client relationships in Southeast Asia
• Produce analysis on key capital market and M&A trends in Southeast Asia and identify potential business/deal opportunities

Job Requirements:

• Strong written and oral communication skills in English. Mandarin speaker highly preferred.
• Solid understanding of capital markets, with experiences in M&A and IPO or ECM transactions in Singapore/ HK/ US stock exchanges
• Passion for business development and aptitude for sourcing new business
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 3 years or above investment banking experience or corporate background in TMT/Tech sector
