Butler Services Manager

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the daily operation and performance of the butler team
• Observe guest preference and habits, anticipate their needs by providing unparalleled hospitality, from an effortless arrival and departure experience in a gracious and polite manner
• Review arrivals and departures for accuracy and completeness, prepare daily operation reports and review butler checklist
• Monitor and manage team performance by providing supervision and professional development, counselling and coaching
• Review and update the departmental SOPs with approval of the Director of Butler Services
• Update the guest preference, feedback and comments on to the guest profile section

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience in a sizeable luxury hotel in similar capacity 
• Commit and passionate in delivering personalized guest service, anticipatory with a keen eye for detail
• Proven managerial abilities in people management, strategic planning and decision making
• Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain guest relationships

• Excellent command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a must. Any additional languages will be valuable
