Wealth Management Manager - Banking & Insurance

Our prestigious financial institution is seeking an exceptional Wealth Management Manager to lead the growth and success of our integrated wealth management offerings.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leveraging your expertise in mortgage, investment, banking services, and insurance services to deliver comprehensive financial solutions to our discerning high-net-worth clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement innovative wealth management strategies that seamlessly combine mortgage, investment, banking service, and insurance products to meet the unique financial goals of each client

- Manage a portfolio of affluent clients, building long-term, trusted relationships and serving as their primary point of contact

- Conduct in-depth analyses of clients' financial situations, including asset allocation, risk tolerance, tax planning, and estate management

- Recommend tailored financial solutions, such as residential and commercial mortgages, funds, private banking services, and general insurance policies

- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including mortgage specialists, investment advisors, and insurance experts, to deliver integrated, best-in-class wealth management advice

- Proactively identify new business opportunities by leveraging your extensive network and client referrals

- Mentor and lead a team of dedicated wealth management professionals to ensure exceptional client service and business growth

- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and innovative products to enhance the firm's wealth management offerings

Requirements:

HKCEE/DSE or above

Efficient, self motivated and comfortable to work in a fast pace environment

Pleasant personality with good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills Detail minded, self-initiative and able to work independently

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage.

IIQE 1&3 is an advance but not a must
