Technician 維修技術員

Working Hours

• 5.5 Days Work
• Monday to Friday (08:00 – 17:00 / 14:00 – 23:00) 
• Saturday (09:00 – 13:00), PM work will be counted as overtime

Job Duties

• Monitor BMS.
• Assist facility management team operation.
• Carry out minor inspection and reparation works in office.
• Monitor vendors/BMO for maintenance works.監督承辦商保養維修工作
• 執行寫字樓物業設施的巡視、檢查、維修及保養
• 處理緊急設施failure 情況、跟進承辦商的工作、報告進展
• 監管承辦商的施工安全和質量、進行驗收

Special Duties

• Response to emergency cases during non-office hours. Need to attend to office if necessary.
• Attend to annual building power down events during holidays or Sunday.
• May need to standby in the office during typhoon strike.

Requirements

• REW Grade A.
• At least 3 years of experience in facility / building management.
