We need a talented HEAD CHEF who is passionate about Korean Cuisine to join us!!

 

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the efficiency and smoothness of the kitchen operations in aligning with the business objectives and the standard operating procedures (SOP)
  • Work closely with senior management on menu & product design, promotion & marketing, regular reporting on restaurant operations etc 
  • Ensure high standards of sanitation, cleanliness and safety are maintained throughout all kitchen areas at all times 
  • Fully manage the cost and inventory control and work closely with purchasing team to review the system and workflow 
  • Work closely with front-of-house team to improve operational efficiency
  • Support and lead multi-assignments in align with business plan and development

 

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 6 years related experience with proven track records
  2. Hands-on skill in setting up and running Korean cuisine is a must
  3. Excellent leadership, management, interpersonal, and communication  skills 
  4. Strong business acumen with cost conscious, result-driven and customer-oriented mindset 
  5. Competency in decision-making, flexibility and analytical skills 
  6. Good training & coaching skills to deliver on-the-job training to the kitchen staff
  7. Fluent in written and spoken English
