We need a talented HEAD CHEF who is passionate about Korean Cuisine to join us!!
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the efficiency and smoothness of the kitchen operations in aligning with the business objectives and the standard operating procedures (SOP)
- Work closely with senior management on menu & product design, promotion & marketing, regular reporting on restaurant operations etc
- Ensure high standards of sanitation, cleanliness and safety are maintained throughout all kitchen areas at all times
- Fully manage the cost and inventory control and work closely with purchasing team to review the system and workflow
- Work closely with front-of-house team to improve operational efficiency
- Support and lead multi-assignments in align with business plan and development
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 years related experience with proven track records
- Hands-on skill in setting up and running Korean cuisine is a must
- Excellent leadership, management, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Strong business acumen with cost conscious, result-driven and customer-oriented mindset
- Competency in decision-making, flexibility and analytical skills
- Good training & coaching skills to deliver on-the-job training to the kitchen staff
- Fluent in written and spoken English
