Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as the Transaction Banking Product Sales (AVP/VP). This role requires a strong background in product sales, specifically within cash management and trade finance. The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of relevant experience, a can-do attitude, and a willingness to embrace challenges in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Driving the sales strategy for cash management and trade finance products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with product management and marketing teams to create effective sales campaigns and promotional materials.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation in product offerings.
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Provide training and support to frontline relationship managers, equipping them with the knowledge and tools to effectively sell transaction banking products.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant product sales experience, with a strong focus on trade finance; experience in cash management is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to tackle challenges and drive change.
