What you will do:

  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to create and execute innovative menus that showcase the finest ingredients and culinary techniques
  • Lead and inspire a team of culinary professionals to maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation
  • Contribute to the development and execution of marketing plans to promote culinary offerings and enhance the restaurant's brand
  • Provide excellent service to customers in a profession manner to drive guest satisfactions
  • Execute ESG concept in controlling the food cost within budget and minimizing food wastage
  • Ensure the cleanliness of equipment and staff personal hygiene in meeting ISO22000 standards

What you should have:

  • Proven experience in renowned fine dining restaurants, demonstrating a high level of culinary expertise
  • Creativity and passion for crafting exceptional dishes that delight guests
  • Strong leadership and team management skills to motivate and grow the team
