About You:

What you’ll do and what success looks like in this role

  • Handle customer enquiries and loan application process
  • Follow up loan applications, verifications and repayments in a professional manner
  • Provide administrative support to the team

  • 處理顧客電話查詢及貸款申請程序
  • 以專業態度跟進貸款申請、文件核實、每月還款等
  • 為部門提供行政及文書支援

What is required and what we’re looking for

  • DSE or above
  • Minimum 1 year’s relevant experience in customer service or telemarketing
  • With experience in unsecured lending industry would be an advantage
  • Proactive, good telephone manner and customer-oriented
  • Good spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Willing to work on shift duty
