AML Analyst

We are a reputable and well-established Taiwanese bank with a strong commitment to compliance and integrity, currently seeking qualified candidates for the following positions in our AML team:

Responsibilities:

• Conduct transaction reviews, enhanced due diligence, and background checks to mitigate sanction risks
• Identify and escalate suspicious cases to the Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO)
• Clear transaction monitoring alerts and investigate suspicious activities
• Assist in preparing suspicious transaction reports for authorities
• Provide feedback on transaction monitoring systems to the AML Compliance Officer
• Research emerging AML trends, typologies, and regulatory changes
• Collaborate with the AML team to enhance policies and procedures
• Prepare timely and accurate management reports

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• 1-2 years of AML/CFT experience in banking preferred
• Strong analytical and research skills; ability to evaluate information effectively
• Detail-oriented with a capability for identifying data patterns
• Proficient in both Chinese and English; fluent Mandarin is a plus
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
