Lead a team of Relationship Managers and Assistant Relationship Managers to achieve assigned targets
Manage and develop a portfolio of corporate banking customers with an aim to deepen and broaden relationships with our clients by providing professional financial solutions in areas of corporate lending and trade financing
Keep good control on business, credit risk and ensure the team is in full compliance with the regulatory requirements as well as the internal compliance policies and guidelines
Groom the Relationship Managers and provide guidance and coaching to support the team and the business;
Enable team work and retain talent
Participate in the origination / structuring of syndicated loans if necessary
Prepare credit proposals and conduct regular credit review.
Customize financial solutions for working capital and other financial products required by corporate clients
Requirements:
Degree or above in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines
Min. 8 years or above of banking experience with at least 3 years of experience in team leader role will be an advantage
Good communication/interpersonal skills with fluent in speaking and writing English & Chinese (Including Mandarin and Cantonese), self-motivated and able to work under pressure
Travelling is required
Holder of professional certificate under the ECF/ QF/ issued by any industry institutes, professional bodies will be a definite advantage
