Structured Finance Professional

Main Responsibilities:

• Pitch and drive new businesses in acquisition finance / LBO, primarily focused on China outbound;
• Provide evaluation on bankability of the pipeline deals;
• Responsible for leading deal origination and execution and project management;
• Responsible for financing proposal, term sheet, credit application, due diligences, financial model and process, loan documentation and drawdowns;
• Work closely with relationship managers, credit, syndication team, operations, onshore branches and Head Office;
• Responsible for industry & sector research;
• Potentially undertake M&A / project financing advisory work;
• Undertake any assignments designated by the management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above;
• With relevant experience and familiar with credit procedure and post-loan management in banking or advisory industry;
• Experienced in writing up credit analysis/ papers, financial model building, documentation and industry research.
• Highly numerate and articulate.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent command of both English and Mandarin is a must; Cantonese is also desirable but not essential.
