Senior Officer / Assistant Manager, Human Resources

Job responsibilities:
Assist in a range of human resources functions, including salary and benefits administration and performance management as well as providing daily administrative support to human resources teams;
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HR System;
Prepare HR correspondences including memo, letters and emails;
Assist in developing, implementing and coordinating human resources policies and programs;
Assist in survey proposal and ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned.
Job requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above
Minimum 3 years relevant experience in human resources management
Familiar with human resources procedures and Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
Proficient in MS Office applications (e.g. MS Word, Excel)
Proactive, well-organized, attentive to details with strong team spirit
