Summary
The position holder is required to take up a Sales role to acquire New-to-Bank clients to SME, offshore/local companies as part of Bank’s strategy to grow CASA base and market share.
Responsibilities
• Acquire New-to-Bank clients to SME segment
• Act as the single point of contact, managing the end-to-end KYC process
• Conduct customer due diligence, AML assessment, FATCA and CRS in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Achieve individual business targets and contribute to the performance of the team
• Proactive connect with key contact persons from channels for business expansion
• Timely communication with clients regarding inquiries on know your customer requirements
• Client experience management via handling of customer inquiries with timely response
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related disciplines
• Minimum 1 year SME banking experience in customer relation management is preferred
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive, sales and result oriented
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Fresh university graduate is welcomed
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for Associate
