What the role is?
- Report directly to the Senior Manager, Agency Recruitment, MCV Strategy and Development.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Support the team in planning and organizing local agency recruitment incentives, recruitment events, and promotion campaigns. Develop and execute comprehensive program action and promotional plans.
Logistics Management and Vendor Coordination
- Oversee the logistics of various programs, ensuring smooth execution and coordination.
- Manage relationships with production houses and vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Performance Monitoring
- Monitor the progress and results of programs and recruitment contests by preparing detailed reports and conducting data analysis.
Event Organization and Agency Support
- Organize ad-hoc recruitment seminars, events, and promotional campaigns as assigned by management
- Handle enquiries from agencies, providing timely and accurate information.
What we look for?
- Bachelor degree in Business Studies / Marketing or relevant disciplines with at least 3 years of relevant experience; preferably with agency recruitment exposure
- Creative, Proactive and highly adaptable to changes in fast-moving environment;
- Strong in communication skills and problem-solving skills and be good team player;
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Mandarin is an advantage.
- Excellent project management, problem solving & interpersonal skill
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing)
