Main Responsibilities
1. Assist in developing a structured and effective performance management framework at branch and sales network
2. Follow up with branch on their sales performance and improve sales efficiency and uplift productivity and customer centricity by implementing various initiatives
3. Assist in reviewing customer’s entire wealth portfolios and work with frontlines on deep dive portfolio analysis to ensure appropriate solutions and services are provided
4. Help enhance customer centric and highlight customer needs and to shape behaviour intended for building a reliable salesforce team to attain sustainable business growth
5. Work closely with different stakeholders to improve sales productivity and support regional initiatives on ad hoc projects in relation to frontline staff
Job Requirements
1. Degree holder or related discipline
2. Minimum of 5 years relevant working experience with proven experience in sales planning and performance management
3. Mature, proactive and able to work independently
4. Strong analytical, presentation and problem solving skills
5. Proficient in MS office applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
6. Proficient in both written & spoken Chinese & English
