What the role is?

Channel Operations Support:

  • Comprehensive Support for Mainland Chinese Visitors: Deliver seamless and tailored support to enhance the experience for Mainland Chinese visitors, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
  • High Net Worth Case Management: Provide exceptional case management support for High Net Worth clients, fostering strong relationships with the sales channel to drive business success.

Centre Operations:

  • One-Stop Service Excellence: Ensure a premier customer experience at our service center, acting as the first point of contact for clients.
  • Operational Efficiency: Maintain smooth operations and uphold high service quality standards within the customer service center.
  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with supervisors to review and enhance workflows, procedures, and systems, aiming to boost productivity and efficiency.

Service Quality Assurance:

  • Commitment to Quality: Deliver high-quality services that align with business strategies and regulatory requirements, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Proactive Dispute Resolution: Handle customer complaints and disputes promptly, resolving issues in line with our service standards to maintain trust and satisfaction.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Project Participation: Engage in various projects as assigned, contributing to the continuous improvement of our operations.

What we look for?

  • Degree holder or above in Business Administration or a related field.
  • IIQE Papers 1, 3, and 5 are mandatory.
  • At least 2 years of experience in servicing customers across different channels, with a solid understanding of life insurance operations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Independent, self-motivated, and equipped to handle pressure with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in English, Chinese, and Putonghua.
  • Capable of thinking and acting autonomously without close supervision.
