Channel Operations Support:

Comprehensive Support for Mainland Chinese Visitors: Deliver seamless and tailored support to enhance the experience for Mainland Chinese visitors, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.

High Net Worth Case Management: Provide exceptional case management support for High Net Worth clients, fostering strong relationships with the sales channel to drive business success.
Centre Operations:

One-Stop Service Excellence: Ensure a premier customer experience at our service center, acting as the first point of contact for clients.

Operational Efficiency: Maintain smooth operations and uphold high service quality standards within the customer service center.

Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with supervisors to review and enhance workflows, procedures, and systems, aiming to boost productivity and efficiency.
Service Quality Assurance:

What we look for?

Degree holder or above in Business Administration or a related field.

IIQE Papers 1, 3, and 5 are mandatory.

At least 2 years of experience in servicing customers across different channels, with a solid understanding of life insurance operations.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.

Independent, self-motivated, and equipped to handle pressure with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in English, Chinese, and Putonghua.
