Associate Director / Director, Investment Solutions (Macau)

Responsibilities:

• To achieve Treasury Sales objectives and targets through the marketing & sales of Treasury products
• Assist in widening product horizon by on-boarding new / variation product into the team
• Team member of Investment Solutions under Global Markets, to support Treasury products to various business segments within the Bank & clientele include Corps / HNW / Premier / Mass segments
• Leverage the support from HK Sales, work in tandem with business stakeholders to develop total solutions / suitable products to clientele
• Carry out regular market updates, generate investment trade ideas / product trainings
• Joint calls with business partners in meeting valuable clients, identifying needs and to provide suitable product ideas / services to attain business targets
• Provide trainings to Business Units / branches / internal staff
• Support trade execution, spread management & relevant maintenance
• Ensure full compliance with the Bank’s internal and regulatory requirements 

Requirements:

• Degree holder in related fields
• 10+ years of experience within financial services environment, preferably in Global Markets / Investment products / relevant fields 
• Strong fundamental / technical analysis in products, preferably Investment products with good organization skills
• Presentable, persistent and willing to take on challenges 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills / teamwork
• Fluent in both spoken and written English & Mandarin
