Responsibilities:

• To provide professional advice on compliance and risk controls relating to relevant end to end processes for products and services.
• To perform the product risk due diligence before launch of the new product/service.
• To perform control assurance work and suggest improvement requirements.
• To support various functions within the team and handle the work assigned by supervisor, such as data collection, writing report and basic administrative work.
   

Requirements:

• University degree or above
• Qualifications in risk professionals preferred (e.g. ECF-ORM/ ECF-Compliance/ CPA/CFA, etc.)
• Solid experience in retail banking business, especially the operations of branches and other service channels.
• Familiar with strategies, structure and products in retail banking field.
• Good analytical skills.
• Sound leadership, such as good planning and organizing skills.
• Good decision-making and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate with different levels of management.
• Spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge in Mandarin.
