Responsibilities:

Assist to co-ordinate, organize and implement work plans/activities according to the business needs

Responsible for drafting reports, work plans for Management

Responsible for managing the business budget and monitor the expenditures within budget

Manage the operation including office facilities management, vendor management (including cleaning services and Management Office, contractors)

Organize company recreation and voluntary activities
-
Responsible for the insurance policy, rental agreement and service contract renewal related duties
-
Responsible for the management of fixed assets of the Company, ESG and BCP related projects, etc.

Collaborate with the related departments of the Group to coordinate and implement projects/tasks assigned
-
Work closely with the internal divisions and provide solutions on administrative issues so as to fulfil business needs
-
Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
-
Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
-
5 years’ relevant experience in banking/financial industry is preferred
-
Strong communication skills, excellent organization and project management and writing skills
-
Proactive, strong sense of responsibility, able to work independently and compliance with deadlines
-
Sound knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
-
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
