Senior Reservations & Service Center Agent

Responsibilities

  • Monitor reservation levels and inform Managers of current and future occupancy rates;
  • Handling enquiries and phone calls;
  • Record and process reservations made by phone/fax/email;
  • Process amendments to reservations such as extensions, early departures etc.;
  • Prepare reservation sales reports and other reports as requested (e.g. to travel agents, business houses, call centre etc).

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and business associates;
  • Good command in English, Mandarin and Cantonese ;
  • Proficient in PC application;
  • Good communication skill;
  • Shift duty is required;
  • We offer 8 days rest days per month to the right candidates.
