Responsibilities

Drive the overall business development of a branch to achieve the designated business targets through active formulation and implementation of business plans

Actively explore, identify and capture unsought business opportunities with resources given

Collaborate with different teams of stakeholders within the Bank to facilitate goal achievement
-
Lead and champion changes with respect to the Bank's strategic initiatives
-
Supervise the overall operation of the branch to ensure efficient and effective delivery of KPIs
-
Monitor the services quality and seek any opportunities for ongoing improvement
-
Ensure full compliance with the Bank's policies, related banking ordinances, and other regulatory requirements
-
Lead branch staff to grow and build a professional work force
Requirements
-
University degree in Business Administration or a related discipline

Passes in the HKSI Licensing Examinations and Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations (IIQE)

Minimum of five years' banking experience, with experience in promoting various wealth management products and branch operations management
-
Familiar with wealth management products and services with understanding of general banking practices as well as related banking ordinances, sound knowledge of corporate banking products and services a definite plus

Strong sense of customer orientation, with flexibility and agility to deliver quality services for customers and other key stakholders

Strong self-motivation and drive to succeed

Excellent planning and organizing skills

Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills

Good command of both verbal and written English and Chinese, with proficiency in Mandarin an advantage
