This role supports a team to maintain a pristine and well-organised hotel environment. Key Responsibilities

Welcome to the core of what being a Room Attendant is all about!

Here's the quick lowdown on what you'll do day-to-day:

• Clean the guestrooms according to the approved standard
• Check and replenish mini bar items 
• Provide exceptional guest service at all times 
• Maintain the condition of the make-up room trolleys, stack up linens and stationery for usage
• Report any damaged items or unusual circumstances to supervisors

Requirements

Here's exactly what you need to excel in this role:

The Non-Negotiables (Must-Haves):

• 1 to 2 years work experience in Hotel Housekeeping
• Form 5 or above. Graduate from hotel school or hospitality training institute is preferred
• Proficiency in Cantonese, fair in spoken English and Putonghua

The Cherries on Top (Nice-to-Haves):

• Creative, presentable and self-motivated with a fun and positive personality
• Great team player and willing to serve. Enjoy working in a dynamic and creative environment
