As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will work under Director of Marketing in developing and implementing digital marketing and social media strategy in order to increase our hotel’s online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. Key responsibilities include creating paid and organic content across multiple channels and digital platforms.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns including web, email, social media, and online advertising by working with internal stakeholders and external agencies and partners
- Keep the website up to date with the most updated images and contents by using CMS
- Own social media content calendar and schedule posting
- Drive content creation that reflects brand images for digital channels including but not limited to: social media (Instagram, Facebook, WeChat, Red, Youtube, linkedin), website and email campaigns
- Manage photo shooting and create compelling content by working with photographers, videographers and content creators on the briefing, development and production
- Monitor and answer customer enquiries and reviews on social media platforms
- Create digital advertising plan, including paid social media ads and SEM to drive strong conversion results
- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) utilizing analytical tools to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Support email marketing efforts, including edm design, list segmentation, database management and tracking campaign effectiveness
- Evaluate existing website and collaborate with both internal team and agencies to improve structure, design, messaging, and SEO
- Support E-comm initiatives and manage online shop product listing by working closely with various departments and agencies
- Collaborate and assist in other areas of marketing such as events and PR when needed
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Degree holder in Business, Communications, Marketing or Ecommerce
- Solid background of marketing communications (3 - 5 years) in hotel or luxury sector
- Ability to execute projects to ensure commercial success
- Excellent communicator with natural interpersonal skills
- Exceptional command of English and Chinese language in both speaking and writing
- Familiar with social media planning and execution, content creation, copywriting and SEM SEO principle
- Candidate with more experience will be conisdered as Senior Digital Marketing Executive
