Assistant Restaurant Manager - The Tai Pan

Responsibilities

• Supervise the team to ensure operational excellence and excellent customer services
• Evaluate current operational strategies and recommend improvements in line with maximizing guest satisfaction
• Assist in the inventory management and ongoing maintenance of operating equipment and other assets
• Oversee the preparation and posting of weekly work schedules to make sure that they reflect business needs and other key performance indicators

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
• At least 5 years of experience in a Food & Beverage outlet at a well-established hotel
• Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to create a motivated and cohesive team
• Candidates with steak house experience are highly preferred
