Responsibilities:

  • Providing quality food and beverage service to members and guests, according to Club specifications
  • Able to set up of service area and equipment with necessary suppliers
  • Ability to multi-tasks and eyes for details
  • Works courteously and efficiently

Requirements:

  • Graduate in Hotel & Catering Management
  • Minimum 3 years’ F&B operations experience in similar capacity
  • Familiar with wine knowledge & cocktails mixing
  • Excellent communication skills in both English & Cantonese
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Strong leadership with ability to motivate, train and supervise staff
