First Vice President, Treasury Settlement (Section Head)

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to perform trade verification and operation support of various treasury products, e.g. FX/MM, Option, IRS/CCS, Derivatives etc.
• Supervise the team's daily operations and ensure all processing transactions are complied with AML measures and regulatory requirements
• Monitor treasury deals to ensure the guidelines of HKMA are followed for reporting OTC Derivative transactions
• Monitor collateral management by preparing relevant reports, monitoring the status of margin calls and preparing collateral movement for certain products
• Handle inquiries from front desk and counterparties
• Participate in system development projects in particular during user requirement collection, UAT, system migration and deployment
   

Requirements

• Degree holder in Business Administration or related fields
• At least 7 years' supervisory experience in settlement operation related to investment and treasury products
• Sound knowledge of treasury products and OTC derivatives
• Sound knowledge in SWIFT, RTGS, Clearstream
• Good PC skills including MS Word, MS Excel
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
• Good interpersonal skills, teamwork, independent and proactive
