Marketing and Creative Executive (2-year contract) (Ref: CA – MCE)

Corporate Affairs Department (Sham Shui Po)

Responsibilities:

1. To manage and maintain the Association’s brand guidelines and visual identity;
2. To develop and execute the overall creative concept and strategy, as well as art direction for the Association;
3. To collaborate with other departments, service units, external vendors and freelancers to execute projects, campaigns and corporate collaterals;
4. To assist in planning and carrying out the production of corporate collaterals, corporate souvenirs, publications, social media, and digital marketing content, updating the website of the Association;
5. To assist in planning and executing the Association’s event with creative concepts and innovative ideas, as well as, control and manage the timeline and budget; and
6. To perform other ad hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:

1. Degree or above in Graphic Design, Marketing or other related disciplines;
2. Minimum of 3 to 5 years or above of relevant experience;
3. Familiar in using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and other graphic design tools;
4. Knowledge of video editing and social media management;
5. Good understanding of brand development and management;
6. Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English;
7. Good team player and communication skills, responsible and self-motivated; and
8. Proactive, able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
