Responsibilities
Check and review the documentation of onboarding new corporate customer and data maintenance of existing customer
Ensure all account opening and maintenance cases are handled in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures/guidelines
Handle online banking applications and system maintenance
Provide advisory supports and assistance on ad-hoc requests to Business partners related to customer onboarding and data maintenance
Resolve operational issues timely and promptly with Commercial and Corporate business Relationship Managers and other supporting Divisions such as Legal and Compliance
Provide guidance to junior team members and timely escalation of issues
Participate in system enhancement projects, support project UAT and provide process improvement recommendations
Assist the Supervisor on ad-hoc duties or other assigned duties
Requirements
Degree holder in Business Administration or equivalent qualifications
Minimum 3 years’ experience in banking industry with at least 1 year solid experience in corporate customer on-boarding operations
Customer-oriented, attentive to details, with strong compliance and risk management mind-set, proactive and able to work under pressure
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)
Strong PC skills including Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
