Assistant Relationship Support Manager - Corporate Banking

Responsibilities

  • Be a team member of Coporate Banking Department
  • Assist Relationship Managers in providing sale support service to customers
  • Handle customer enquiries on deposit and banking operation related matters, account amendment, customer transaction instructions and related follow-ups
  • Assist Relationship Managers to follow up on post-credit approval operations and documentations
  • Assist Relationship Managers in handling customers’ account opening matters and completing AML procedures

 

Requirements

  • Associate degree or University degree, preferably major in business, finance
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in banking/finance sector
  • Relevant HKIB qualification will be an advantage
  • Good knowledge of the principle of commercial credit, account opening and operation procedures
  • Strong communication skills with good business contacts.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is preferable
