What the role is?
Business Needs Analysis:

Conduct comprehensive analyses of business needs and impacts while gathering user requirements from project stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Documentation and Solution Development:

Develop detailed user requirements documentation and collaborate closely with IT to design and implement effective solutions that meet business needs.
Liaison and Communication:

Serve as a key liaison among users, IT, and vendors throughout the project implementation process, facilitating clear communication and understanding of project goals.
Testing and Quality Assurance:

Formulate robust test plans and test cases, and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and health checks to validate solutions against business requirements.

Manage defect reports and monitor follow-ups to ensure timely resolution and high-quality deliverables.
Project Management:

Proactively monitor project tasks in accordance with timelines, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on schedule.

Handle ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
What we look for?

A university degree or equivalent, complemented by a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the life insurance industry, specifically in business analysis and insurance systems.

Comprehensive understanding of insurance product features and their impacts on business processes, enabling informed decision-making and strategic recommendations.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, allowing for effective data analysis and clear presentation of insights to stakeholders.

Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, with proficiency in Mandarin considered a valuable asset, enhancing communication with diverse teams and clients.
