Officer, Loans processing

We are looking for a potential Officer to join our giant banking group:

Responsibilities:  

• Manage and handle loan process, including document preparation, closing disclosures, funding authorization, and shipping of loan documents.
• Ensure that all loan documents are accurate and comply with regulatory requirements, minimizing errors and delays in the loan process.
• Work closely with underwriters, loan officers, and other departments to facilitate smooth communication and efficient processing of loans.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to loan processing times and customer satisfaction, implementing improvements as necessary.
• Address any issues that arise during the loan fulfillment process, ensuring timely resolutions to maintain customer trust and satisfaction.

Requirements:

• A degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is often preferred.
• Over 2 years of experience in loan processing or fulfillment in banking industry.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication abilities.
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Immediate available is preferred.
