Corporate Digital Solutions Manager - Business & Digital Development

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the new development, maintenance and enhancements of digital solutions including mobile banking and online banking to our corporate customers and promote BEA as our customers’ key operating bank
• Enhance the experience at every stage of the customer journey for our corporate customers
• Apply Fintech, Data Modelling & Analytics and AI for business development and operation efficiency
• Oversee project management for Wholesale Banking Division (“WBD”)
• Formulate and implement new initiatives and marketing strategies to grow customer portfolio for the Division
• Work with Wholesale Banking Division (WBD) Business Units and Product Teams to structure suitable digital solutions as well as delivering best in class banking services to our corporate customers
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by Head of the Department/Division

Requirements

• University graduate in Computer Science, e-Commence, Banking, Finance or a related discipline is preferred
• Over 3 years of solid working experience in development, promotion and delivery of digital solutions and enhancement of customer journey
• Extensive knowledge of products and services on wholesale banking
• Demonstrated abilities to prioritise and to lead, manage and coach team members
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua desirable
• Capable to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Relevant HKIB qualification would be an advantage
