Vice President \ Senior Credit Analyst, ESG Banking Division (based in HK)

Responsibilities:

 

• Support Division Head to conduct ESG related sector research (business-oriented) to support business planning and development
• Prepare credit proposals of corporate clients and its periodic reviews
• Identify and assess credit risks and potential issues from front-office and industrial angle, and make recommendations for internal risk authority’s consideration and approval and ensure efficient turnaround 
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as requested

Requirements:

 

• Minimum 5 years or above working experience in Corporate Banking, Structured Finance, or Corporate Credit Risk department
• Previous experience and coverage of power/renewable energy/E-mobility sectors and existing client relationship will be a plus 
• Fast learner and team player, self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to work independently under pressure
• Well-versed in relevant policies and procedures of the Bank as well as regulatory requirements in HK and mainland China
• CFA/CPA/FRM holders are welcome
• Advanced Microsoft-Office knowledge and skills
• Fluent in both Mandarin and Cantonese is a plus
