Purchasing Coordinator / Purchasing Clerk (Part-time, 3-day work week)

Hong Kong Parkview

Responsibilities:

  • To assist the Purchasing Department in ensuring that there is proper follow-up of the orders placed
  • Handle in entering purchasing data into system
  • Performs regular checks on prices in the market
  • Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the superiors from time to time

Requirements:

  • F.5 / DSE or above
  • Good command in both oral and reading English and Chinese
  • Knowledge of computer software (Excel / Word)
  • Responsible, well-organized and attention to details
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome
