Senior/F&B Team Leader – Buffet Breakfast (5 days)

Responsibilities

• Act as a shift in-charge for breakfast period, task assignment and food & service operation;
• Monitor performance and provide training for both Team Member and casual worker;
• Ensure all foods at buffet station are in good condition and presentation;
• Assist for table setting, assignment and banquet event in case of need;
• Handling guest billing and customer complaint in a professional manner; 

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in hotel or F&B group;
• Knowledge of hotel buffet breakfast operations, daily duty from 05:30 - 15:00 hours;
• Self motivated and detial minded with strong communication and leadership skills;
• Willing to work on-shift duty, knowledge of Putonghua and English knowledge would be an advantage;
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior F&B Team Leader
