Senior Customer Service Officer (Contact Center / $22K-$27K)

Key Highlight:

• Inbound call center for Virtual Banking
• Experience in call center / banking related is highly preferred

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver professional customer service by responding to enquiries concerning account opening, banking products through emails, live chats, and inbound/ outbound calls and help resolve customer’s queries at first contact where possible
• Provide technical support to customers on the function of the mobile banking app.
• Adhere to the bank’s procedures, policy and regulations
• Handle product or service complaint by determining the cause of the issue; selecting and articulating the best solution
• Document necessary case information and offer customized solutions that benefit the customers
• Provide support in administrative work (training ,call monitoring etc.)

Job Requirements:

• Form 5 or above education level
• 2 years of Customer service experience with a passion for building customer loyalty through exceptional listening, relationship building, and strong written and verbal communication
• Previous working experience in banking customer service center will be an advantage
• Good understanding of general retail and SME banking products and service as well as having sound knowledge in using Mobile Banking system and bank’s operating system.
• Good command of PC applications including MS Excel, Word and Power Point and Chinese word processing
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Candidates with more experiences will be considered as Senior Customer Service Officer
• Shift duty is required
• Immediate available is highly preferred

About Work:

• 5 days work week, Mon-Sun (8am-5pm / 3pm-11pm)
• Working Location: Prince Edward
• 1 year contract (Renewable)
