Responsibilities
• Provide superior dining experience to guests
• Responsible for greeting and providing the quality service to customers at restaurant
• Maintain daily operation of Penthouse
• Ensure the cleanliness of Penthouse is up to standard
• Set and reset table according to the specifications of the menus
• Manage and maintain banquet rooms, dining area and dish washing area in a clean and tidy condition
• Keep records and accounts of the catering events
• Check and keep payment records and accounts
• Monitor inventories and prepare reports
Requirements
• Form 5 or above, with equivalent vocational training
• At least 3 years catering experience in hotel / clubhouse / catering industry
• Good team player with good communication skills
• Capable to work under pressure, responsible, punctual and polite
• Appropriate grooming and personal hygiene
• Good command of spoken & written English and Cantonese
