Assistant Operation Manager (Loan Documentation and Operation)

Responsibilities:

• Handle and review retail, commercial and / or syndicated loan documentation and operational matters related to loans processing
• Ensure that all conditions related to loan proposals have been duly fulfilled in accordance with the approved terms and internal guidelines
• Co-ordinate with internal and external parties for loan documentation and operational issues

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Finance, Law or related disciplines
• At least 1 year working experience in banking industry
• A good team player with detail-conscious and able to work independently
• Good communication skills
