Associate Senior Officer - Club House & Customer Services

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the smooth daily operation and provide customer service for the club house
  • Handle club facilities booking or service request and ensure all facilities are well maintained and set up properly
  • Promote club membership and services to resident
  • Organize activities and event for the club


Requirements:

  • DSE graduate, with Certificate in Club management or equivalent is an advantage
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably with supervisory experience
  • Outgoing, proactive, self-motivated and good communication skills
  • Knowledge in club and F&B operation is an advantage
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese


Work Location: Tai Po
